About Chris

My story begins after graduating high school and joining the U.S. Army for a four-year tour. The Army taught me a lot—discipline, accountability, how to stay calm under pressure, and how to always have a plan (and a backup plan… and sometimes a backup to the backup). When my service ended, I came home and proudly call Wisconsin Rapids home.

Today, my wife Kim (a Wisconsin Rapids native), our two daughters, and I fully embrace everything this small community with a big heart has to offer. From boat rides up the river to swimming at the Aquatics Center, this area isn’t just where I work—it’s where we live, laugh, and build memories year-round.

Before real estate, I earned an Associate’s Degree in Energy Efficiency from Mid-State Technical College and worked as an HVAC comfort consultant. That role trained me to listen first, explain complex systems in simple terms, and help people make confident decisions—skills that just so happen to be incredibly useful in real estate. Instead of airflow and ductwork, I now help clients navigate inspections, negotiations, timelines, and contracts (with far less dust involved).

As a veteran, I bring a mission-focused mindset to every transaction. That means clear communication, no surprises, attention to detail, and follow-through—because “I’ll get to it later” was never an acceptable answer in the Army. My clients benefit from someone who takes their goals seriously, stays calm when challenges pop up, and treats their transaction like the important life event it is.

I’m especially passionate about helping fellow veterans and military families. From understanding VA loans to navigating relocations and timelines, I know the process firsthand—and I know how stressful it can feel if you don’t have the right guide. My goal is to make sure no one feels lost, rushed, or talked into something that isn’t right for them.

Behind the scenes, I handle the heavy lifting—market analysis, property research, negotiations, contracts, and timelines. Up front, I keep things honest, organized, and surprisingly low-stress. The excitement I felt when buying my first home is the same energy I bring to my clients—minus the sleepless nights and rookie mistakes.
