I live in Green Bay Wisconsin and my mother's house which was in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin was the house that Chris sold for us.
This was a challenge because I was the main contact for this sale since my mother is in an Assisted living facility in Rapids. Chris was professional, thorough, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond and took care of some extras for us that we couldn't due to the distance we were from Rapids. All of the changes and documents needed required that Chris meet with my mother often for her signature which seemed to happen flawlessly, and he was caring and respectful dealing with my mother. We had a successful offer and close within a couple months of listing. Chris did a nice job and I would recommend him as a Real-estate Representative.
Chris was very knowledgeable when asked specific questions he never left me wondering what's going in any situation of my process of looking and after locking in on a home.

We stumbled onto Chris by accident when we were curious about seeing houses in an area he represented.
As we were fully remote and out of state (as well as first time home buyers), he helped us from start to finish make our first journey feel smooth. We had initially talked to another random agent but felt zero connection and like that person didn't care about us. Chris made us feel like we mattered from the first time we talked until the closing day which always helped us to feel good about the scary choices we were making. We were glad we stumbled onto Chris early in the journey. He did a great job at video touring us and showing us the details we needed to make a bold choice without being able to visit ourselves! He also answered all of our questions related to the process and helped to explain all the processes needed as we went along (never made us feel bad for asking questions either).
